Basic Requirements
A valid government-issued photo identification & proof of income are mandatory. Proof of income can be submitted using paystubs, banks statements, tax returns, proof of disability, SSI, Student housing, alimony, and Section 8 vouchers where accepted.
The total monthly income on an application needs to be 2-3 times the total monthly rent.
